Annica Kronsell has been teaching extensively in the fields of international politics, peace- and conflict studies, environmental and feminist studies. Her research interests are in environmental and climate politics and the politics of sustainable development in the Swedish, European and global context as well as in gender studies particularly in the field of security and defense.
